Hi,
This is Balaji
I applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 27th of March 2011.
Through one of your costumer executive named Baskar ( Branch Manager)
Who assured me to give the net connection in 3days after checking feasibility.
On 29th of March when I called to customer care, I came to know that, Connection cannot be given due to some technical reasons.
On the same day cheque of Rs 1600 ( Scheme 1099 + Installation Fee 500) was accepted by Airtel after knowing the truth, that connection cannot be given.
And till today (20thMay2011) my amount is not refunded..
This made me to think the Airtel one company which assure customer to provide broadband connection and earning interest with customer money and saying that we are following the rules.
When you people confirmed on 26th April that connection cannot be provided, why can't you inform costumer to block the cheque immediately, instead of crediting to Airtel account.
And another funny thing is, to call to customer care & conform about the status; I paid about Rs150 executives always to keep me on hold saying that I need to check, I don’t know what they checked but end the end they say I don’t have that information sorry.
Who will pay me back that 150 amount and the interest you earn with my 2700.
Can't you people call us and inform about the change in status.
And I raised complaint to take action with complaint no:45484828, but no one turned back from Airtel.
I want serious action to be taken against Baskar and Airtel should inform me about the action taken...
This is the worst experience I faced with Airtel.....
In future I will never go with Airtel and I won’t suggest it others also.
Lastly, I want my money back by the end of the day..as 15days of your so called rubbish rules are over.
