Dear Sir,
I had taken airtel broadband connection on 5th july 2010. my plan was rs.999. i had paid 3 months advance as to avoid installation charges. on 06-08-2010 i got my bill amount in which i have to pay rs.441 as tax amount. again on 06-09-2010 one more bill has come in which they charge me 169 rs. as i had paid 3 months advance this should not come. When i called customer care they told me you had activated PC suit twice, but i dont know how to activate the same. I registered a complain on 21st september but till now no action had been taken. my complain no. is 37977552. I am very sorry to lodge this against Airtel . Plz help me regarding the same as a customer i am feeling very sad.
