Hi,
Airtel now-a-daysis finding ways & means not to improve customer relationship but to deterioate the existing relationship. Recently, they started auto subscribing the customers for ringtones, blogs & other add-on services.
I've become victim of such atrocious activity by Airtel. I got a message from Airtel No 52000 & message says "Thank you for subscribing to Airtel Blog (Madhavan). You have been charged Rs. 10 for 30 days".
These kind of cheating is not new to Airtel, but it's high time to take stringent action against them. Awaiting for justice on behalf of numerous customers.

I have also faced similar auto subscription charges for which I never subscribed for. It is a convenient way for Airtel to cheat and rip off their customers. WHY IS THE GOVERNMENT OR TRAI NOT DOING ANYTHING AT ALL. Whom should we complain about this to?
