On 20 Sep 2010, Police Constable had come from Hebbal Police Station holding a paper which contained a mobile number and my name & Contact Address. The Mobile Number was ********38 which the police claimed to be registered in my name & my contact address, when i checked with my nearest Airtel Relationship Centre it was true. But the thing is i have never taken this number in my name, some fraudulent person has used my name and address to get the number from Airtel.. Now this number is involved in a missing case. I dont understand how the person has taken the connection in my name & how Airtel has activated the number without any inspection and without my knowledge. It was really a shocking news when the police enquired about the number. Airtel Officials please look into this matter, as this has disturbed me a lot mentally.
