Aircel India - Aircel 3G deactivation problems

I am unable to deactivate 3g services. Each time I send STOP 3G to 121, I get a reply saying -"your request could not be processed, your previous request is pending". I called Aircel Customer care 6 to 7 times. But they dont even have a sligtest clue to my problem. I am totally disgusted and vexed. Please fix this as soon as possible. My Mobile no is ********63.

Same problem i m facing.. also called customercare bt they didnt do anything about it. In kolkata.
