IRCTC Indian Railways - After Confirm reservation(D3,108) no seat after 80 number,Train2058,30May2010

Only 80 seat exist in D3 even after confirmed reservation in D3/103 coach of 2058(NDLS Janshatabdi).

My Family Travelling from Chandigarg to NewDelhi on 2058 with PNR Nb-2206457535,dated-30May2010.
The reservation was confirmed for Seat Nb-D3/103,But after boarding the train in Chandigarh we found that in couch nb-D3 only 80 seats exist.

After sometime a railway guard came and told that new coach will be added in Ambala with full capacity.But no such coach is added in Amabala and telling my family that search for vacant seat and seat there only.This is happening after confirmed reservation.

But what about the agony my family(Wife and 3yrs son) will be undergoing for this 45Minutes travel from Chandigarh to Amabal even after confirmed reservation.


Who is accountable for this BLUNDER ?
How will u compensate for the agony faced by my family even after confirmed reservation ?
What will be the action taken, so that such incident will not occur again in future ?

Because there is no such procedure by which we can cross check that seats exist in the train for which reservation is confirmed and no such lower capacity coach is putting us in travel..
