TATA Indicom - ACTIVATE CALLER TUNE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND DEDUCT BALANCE AGAIN AND AGAIN

Dear Sir,

My name is suresh vaishnav and my cell no. is 0********89.I am using it since one year but last month( 25th june) your company activate caller tune without my permission and my knowledge,so when i told to customer care they said that it is your mistake.you activate by yourself and we are not responsible for it.This is not our mistake.
Because i am a buisnessman so i don't want to loss my time and so i decide to bear for this month and thought that i will deactivate it after 20-25 days.

After that i told the customer care and took a number for deactivat the caller tune and after that i send a message on 16th july and deactivate it.It was succefully done.I was happy that it was deactivated.
But as my surprise yesterday i received a message from 12800 that showing that you are successfully download caller tune and deducted my 40Rs..

so i told the customer care but same as per previous that it is your mistake and you received a call and you activated it.


So now i need for further help in thi matter.
you know that i am a very modern customer and i know about my rights and regulations.
