On 4th Oct 2010 I got a message at my mobile that I have made a debit card purchase of Rs 4177.00 at IIN*Yatra on line. I was surprised to that message sice I have not made any purchase and the debit card is with me. All the passward either of the debit card or on line banking or transaction password are not to anyone. I have made a complaint to ICICI branch Santoshnagar, Hyderabad and to customer care.
I had made an telephone enquiry to Yatra.com. I came to know that Indigo airlines has deduducted the money illegally and fradulantly as my debit card number, password and detail was kept stored with them from previous use.
The matter may be taken up immediately by the ICICI authority and ensure that the my saving a/c are safe in future and take action to return the money.
