I am a SB account holder of Allahabad Bank Kosi kalan, Mathura, U.P. having account no. 50029964358.
I was having a credit balance of Rs. 7194.00 I went to Axis bank ATM kosi kalan for withdrawal of Rs. 7100.00 on 13.09.2010 but only Rs. 2500.00 cash despensed from ATM and account debited with Rs. 7100.00. Rs. 4600.00 excess debited in my account.
I complained to Allahabad bank Authority on same date but amount has not been credited to my account till date.
Complainant's Goal: Amount must be credited to my sb account
