Mahindra and Mahindra - AC Not Working

I gave my mahindra Scorpio S-10, Automatic Shop No 31, Killa No.8, Begumpur Khatola, Narsingh Pur Chowk, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, Only 28250 km done, .Vehicle is one & half year old. The AC has stopped functioning and Mahindra Service center is refusing to change the AC .
I am moving about in the car in 44 degrees without AC. what am i supposed to do.
