I got a call from from a courier service telling me arrival of some goods i have ordered. Stating the amount Rs550. As I keep on ordering a lot from online sites, I was not very sure which one of my order it was. But when i asked for details of my package, he refused to deliver.And talked very rudely to me, stating that I will have to collect it today, o else it will be send back. The courier,as he mentioned had arrived from Mumbai. And when i asked about his courier service he just said FEDEX. But I am supposed to get email updates of my package in advance, n i did not receive any. I see a scope for possible fraud in this case in the name of FEDEX. I also contacted FEDEX regarding this.
