Godrej India - Absolutely 0 % customer service from Godrej A.C.

I bought 15 AC from Godrej distributor about a year back. Within 3 months of running 9 of the AC compressors packed up. The AC were under warrante at the time of complain. Even aFter repeated calling and remiders about replacement of faulty compressors nothing has been done so far. I got only one letter from them siting faulty electrical connections at the site for the failure of compressors. Which I did not buy as I have other electrical gadgets viz. 5 more AC, TV, Refrigerators etc. are working. It is very easy for godrej to shift the blame on faulty electrical connection rather then servicing their customer. I am extremly fed up with their attitude. I wonder why I did not buy multinational brands like LG, SAMSUNG etc for atleast they have better coustomer service (I hope). My entire investment on the AC has gone down the drain and there is no one who is listening at Godrej. I wonder if this is the way they treat bulk buyer ( I bought 15 AC from them) how will they treat a small buyer. It teached me only one lesson not buy GODREJ products at all.
