IRCTC Indian Railways - About Seat allocation Issue

Hi,

We have booked a ticket in SAURASHTRA MAIL(Train No: 22945) from Borivali to Anand. PNR no is ********27. We booked 4 tickets. We got different coaches for 3+1 passengers. 3 sears allocated in S8 and another 1 seat allocated in S3. In SAURASTRA mail AC coaches, RMS coach and General coach In Between S8 and S3.

So please suggest how can we mange to Use S3 coach seat?
We are not happy with seat allocation system and coach allocation system. If the coaches are not together Why you people issue seats in different coaches.

Please refund the S3 coach seat amount ASAP. and I assure The similar type of mistake not repeat on future.

Please ask concerned authorities to file the TDR for my S3 ticket and Refund the amount ASAP.

Hi My name is Parth Bhatia.
My PNR no is ********40. My seat no is B4 27. My only complaint is regarding the seat alloted to me. it's realy uncomfortable.. I have paid a handsome amount for this 3rd ac reservation and in return I don't expect such facilities.. I need my complete refund..

I booked a ticket in mangla express train no -12618 in 3A ac for 7may 2018 travel to ernakulam which was showing as RAC at first and then it was confirmed. Both passenger one is of 57 yrs and other person 60+ got there seat but top birth. How both aged person can climb to top birth. Could you please confirm how seats are allocated, mechanism or logic although booking page ask for age, if age doesn’t matter then remove the option from booking page as per your worst system seats are randomly thrown any where without any combination. So check your system mechanism. As my parents are facing issue although discussed with TT as well no options given. Worst system logic and passenger support.

PNR no ********48

I booked above PNR from Sealdah Kolkata to New Delhi for my senior citizen parents and in laws aged between 69 to 84. While booking I requested lower birth ,however all 3 seats allocated to upper birth. What a shocking experience ! Journey date is 2nd May and I requested railway ministry to change seat allocation. However no response received as usual.
Can anyone help me to understand how I can get support and what number I should connect for help.
