sir, the ac coach of train howrah vasco was totally out of order.i was travelling from howrah to hubli on date. 24.05.2012,seat no 10,11,12.my ticket no 53525015, and pnr no-********23.we told the attadent of the coach to forward it further so all other passanger feel convinent, but the attandent did not convey the massage further,mr sristav was the name of the attandent. he told us that he knew bout the problem that the ac is not working, due to his careleness all the passanger suffered,my request to the railway higher authorities to plse not to keep such careless person for job,if the passangers are paying fuull amount they should feel comfort,but due to the negliency of such staff y d passanger suffer,we told MR sristav to give in written that ac not working after requested him for several time he denied and refused to give,how can railway keep such a irresponsible person for job.kindly help me to get my money refund .after the railway enquiry.it will b very kind of you to show and help me to get my money back for the problem faced by us during the whole journey.iwill b very very thankful to you.
