I am Easwaran from KR Puram, Basically from Kerala, worked for Shri Parameswari Enterprises 17 days. The MD is refusing to give salary.
I have attended Interview on 17-08-2009, I told my Salary Expectation Rs 6000/ month, He accepted that if my performance is good, he will that amount.
If my performance is bad that he can tell me within 2-3 days and send me back. He made me work for 17 days till September 2, and telling that my performance is bad.
Job was, Mechanical drafting, in Autocad. a complicated machine diagram should be drawn in Cad. but I should make only one drawing , i sheet, within that I should show all detailings. It is something impossible. but for simple drawings also he is saying that drawing is not in detail on 2nd sept. I requested him for clearing salary.
Then he told me that I can work for daily basis. Like daily Rs-100. I told that it is very less, that also if he calls me daily. I will get Rs 3000/month if he calls me daily. he can call me whenever he want.
I was not ready to work like that. How can he tell that my Drawings are not in detail and working in daily basis? if my work is not good, he should send me away. but he want me to work for daily basis. I asked him my salary for worked days. he told me to come on 7th September.
I am not a Bangalorian. with Rs 3000 I cannot survive. If he is telling me to work for Rs 5000/- also agreeable.These type of companies are cheating people in this way. How will I manage my needs?

The MD willnot attend phones normally. If he is there, still his manager will not connect to Him. about Timings also I am not happy. it is written that timings is 9.00 am to 5.30 pm but Everybody works from 9.00 am to 7.30, 8.30 like that.
on 07-09-2009, I have visited The office, after waiting for 2 hours, they given Rs-1000/- after a long conversation. It is not the end of my hardwork.

oh my god..i had the same experience with the company..i got the address of the company from a consultancy bharath services bangalore ,who took money from me for giving me a chance to attend the interview.anyways i went to the company i passed the interview they wanted someone who knew about PLC''s.i worked there for one month.i was supposed to get the half month salary.the other half goes to the consultancy.During the interview time he sad my salary would be 6000/- rs per month.but at the end of the month hes like my performance is bad.BAD!!!..i used to work there like a slave..day and night and in the end i get this..i resigned from that place..for heaven sakes job seekers dont be cheated like how i got.
