Subject: Cheating at "AUTOTECH ENGINEERS" an authorized Maruti Suzuki Service Center

Dear Sir

I handed over my car Reg. No DL 7C H 4953 for paid service at "Autotech Engineerrs" Dwarka, Sector 3, near DPS School Delhi - 110075.
They charged Rs 16222/- for the service and repairs. But to my surprise I found that the faults have not been rectified viz. Clutch Problem, Abnormal Noises, Low pick up, Almost nil cooling from AC, etc despite the fact that they charged for all these problems. I had to take the car again at the service center on sunday at 10.30 AM but all in vain. They returned the car to me with same faults. This is a strong evidence that

1. Either the mechanics there are incompetent.
2. They have not replaced the parts though they have charged for the same.

Had they replaced the parts with new ones then the used parts must have been returned back to me. I registered a complaint at ANY TIME MARUTI with complaint No. ********45 as well as the Company head office at Vasant Kunj Delhi. Kindly intervene into the matter immediately so that I may not be put into further hardship. I can never accept the car in the same condition as before the repairs that too after spending huge amount of money Rs 16222/-.
The so called authorized service center has no place where the customers can sit. The AC there does not function. The land line number is never picked. The service adviser Mr. Devesh never picks the phone. Even there is no arrangement for drinking water or even a wash room.
