Dear sir,
I AM B.srinivas raju,

We purchased a split A/C(model) intello air on 14.08.2009 from lg mall,malakpet Hyderabad after one year i faced the problem from outdoor unit of gas leakage form that day every year i used to pay 2 to 3000 so when the engineer came for the repair. after he did the repair after every year it was not working properly and he made some changes and even. After that every year a major part of the a/c stopped working and had been replaced but when it was replaced 4th time I requested the company to be kind enough to replace this product as after warranty period we will not able to bear the loss of 2000/- for gas leakage.Recently in 2013 jan both indoor and out door units gas leakage and i had payed RS3000.they are giving 3 months of free service warranty within warranty the problem had stated and i complained to lg customer care but there was no response from them.i want better service from your valuable MNC company.
