I have purchased 3 nos of AC from Videocon and all was found faulty at the time of installation, after several complaints and follow-ups Videocon they had agreed to replace one AC and 2nd one was replaced by dealer but 3rd one was not replaced but they have make some arrangement(Jugaad by picking outdoor of unit and indoor of other unit) but that was not fully repaired nor worked properly. Now the this juggad unit has got fired and its indoor unit was totally burnt out the good thing was my home is safe and not catch fire because of timely action taken by neighbors and society staff. I have complaint about this incident in Videocon in June month in their call center after that a team of two technician has visited my home they had taken some photographs and scan copy of bill. I have also mail this concern to their zonal (Mr. Ankur Verma)and regional service manager (Mr. Shrikant) after no response received from survey team but no positive response i had receive from both the gentlemen’s and the matter is still un resolved. Mr. Shrikant has totally denied to replace this AC and not to take responsibility of manufacturer fault even his behavior was very bad with me he ask me to prove this fault because of manufacturing error .When asked him how you can say without surveying of AC. He don’t have answer and disconnect my phone. How a so senior person in so called branded company behave with their customers why they forget because of customer they existence in this consumer world. The company are because of their customer not customers are because of company. I am requesting you to help me.
