SUZUKI Motorcycle - 8 Months Pathetic service

Warm Greetings...

Hope , I am sending the mail to correct person,If not please and if possible forward this complaint mail to Suzuki India CEO or to any concern person who can solve my long pending issues.

Out of 7 months frustration , I am sending this mail. Trailing mail will give more in detail.

I don't know whom should i contact to solve my vehicle issue.

Actually I am very big fan of Suzuki japan products, but after the 8 months of pathetic service , I am bound to say goodbye to Suzuki products and to think of other products ....

I have almost spend 95 percent , cost of the vehicle ,however still the problem is not solved.

From December 2015 till date, ABT Nadhanam did R&D on my vehicle and changed almost all the parts( Bills copies are available with ABT Chennai).

For this 7 months they have assembled and dismantled the engine " N" number of times.
During this period I have used auto and taxi.

Actually I have lost lot of money in servicing, co-coordinating with ABT service engineers and for transportation .Using this money I might have bought a new SUZUKI bike itself.


Will ABT or Suzuki India will bear this loss and compensate with new bike ?

Never, It wont happen. At last customer is the looser.

" Acquire new customers is substantially greater than that to retain existing customer"

Since Mr Rakesh veeramani , head of suzuki chennai branch himself not able to solve the issue, I am bound to forward this mail to Mr Atul.

Out of his busy schedule Mr Rakesh , as a courtesy would have spent 2 minutes to reply for my email.

From day 1 I dint receive any acknowledgement mail from Rakesh.

I may be a normal or small customer to suzuki /ABT in turn you may loose a big suzuki fan.

Is there anyone to answer the query and solve this frustrated customer ?

I am agree above complain.
1. Dealer not return service book.
2. Use duplicate part.
3. Very bad behaviour.
4. After complain in company they do not take any action.
5. Field officer also helpless.
6. Life of scooty (Swish125) only 9000kM(Approximate)
7. Final suggestion do not wastage your money for Suzuki two-wheeler.
