Tata DOCOMO - 3g plan not activated but 450 deducted

I have recharged my number on 2013-11-02
12:34:45 hours Recharge ********24( Tata Docomo)

recharge amount 450 for 2 gb 3g pack.
But 450 deducted no plan activated.
after this i recharge with 10 rs.
all will deducted without opening of single site..


I want solution otherwise i have to check this in consumer court.
You are not providing good customer care service.
No one answer my call at 121..

I recharged 193 free pack in my nos-********35 twice but till now it has not been activated.so i want my money back.plz refund it.

We tried to speak to you personally on your number, to understand your concerns regarding recharge benefits and balance deduction. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was switched off.

We would like to inform you that your recharge for Rs. 450/- has been successful and your account has been credited with Rs. 450/- talk time. Please be informed that as you have done top up recharge, your account has been provided with talk time.

Kindly note that your balance of Rs. 461.79/-(includes Rs. 7.9/- as per your Rs. 10/- recharge) have been deducted for internet usage. Kindly note that you have been charged correctly as no data balance pertaining in your account. Hence, we are unable to process your request for refund.
