IRCTC - 3 AC - A GARBAGE CABIN

I was travelling by Train No.1014 on 15-05-10 my pnr no. was 453-0064781.
I was in B1-13,14,15. This train starts from coimbatore and right from the origin station the coach was not washed.

The coach attendent did not provide us our set of beds, only after 2 hrs we got a pillow, 2 sheets and a blanket. We kept asking the attendent for napkins but never got one till the end.

All the used laundry used by people of the previous journey was lying in front of the wash basin making moment of passengers horrible. There was no security, people were loitering. It was not an 3 AC, IT WAS A GENERAL COMPARTMENT.

The scene was pathetic, and the coach was full of poo (from the people of the previous jouney).

If the coach was dirty, please imagine how the toilets would be.

Next time I would prefer travelling in a sleeper class or travel by air. The indian railway is not bothered about the passengers and it would be better if we don't discuss the food and the catering part of Indian Railways, GOVT. aur INDIAN RAILWAYS HUMPE MEHERBANI JO KAR RAHE HAI, transport ke suvidhaa deke. We are paying whatever is asked for..........STILL WE R TREATED SO SHABBILY.
