this is to bring to your kind notice that some police men is collecting rs 100,150,50 from some passengers without any prior reasons,the passengers are having their tickets and even then they are being harrassed,when the passengers refuse to give money they are been harmed in the most brutal way by beating with stick.mainly the bihar people are being harassed,so i request the authorities to have an enquiry regarding this incident (the money is collected from the passengers after starting journey from vishakapattanam). my friend was a witness for this incident and he was also compelled to give money and gave rs100.a fair copy of this will be sent o the honourable railway minister and kerala railway minister mr.ahammed.i request sir to take the necessary action against this incident.]
