Bank of India - Transaction failed but amount of Rs 10,000 debited from account 696610110002525

Respected Sir/Madam,
On 13/01/2013 i used my ATM of the above mentioned account number from the ATM Machine of Vijya bank Kalyanpur ,Kanpur for withdawing an amount of 10,000 rs and i got the message 'Unable to process the transaction' then i went off from there and received a message later on that an amount of 10,000 has been debited from my account.I complained at the BOI,MPEC Mandhana branch for the same but i was told that since the transaction was successful the amount cannot be reversed.
Since i didn't received any amount and hence i want the amount debited back.

If you wish you can go through the CCTV recording of the ATM but since this is a transaction fault I want my money back at any cost.This is a transaction fault or a fraud so I want the details and my money.

Kindly respond within 48 working hours.
