Dear Sir/Madam,

The Following mail is regarding Complaint of Registration Delay of my TVS Wego which I had Purchased from one of Your Dealers in Mulund East (Shree Ram Motors) which is a Sub dealer of INNOVATIVE Automobile Pvt Ltd Bhandup.I had Purchased the vehicle in June 2012 by Paying Full Payment to the Dealer in Advance copy of one of Payment Receipt is Attached for Reference.

After Rigorous Follow up,the Sub Dealer finally gave me the Invoice Copy of Vehicle after 4 Months in October with all details (Copy Attached ) from Innovative TVS. and told me that I would receive the Registration Book ,Tax receipt and Other Details from RTO within 3-4 months which I have not recd till date.

The Sub dealer got Shut Down one Day and I Approached INNOVATIVE TVS for my Registration details.After Inquiring 3-4 times I finally got no of one of their Manager Name Mr Mohan (********55) .I met him at his office in Runwal Building opposite Nirmal Lifestyle Mulund West,he Assured me that he would help me with Registration Process by proving necessary Documents, which is Still not happened till date.

I have tried to meet Mr Mohan several times and called him continuously but till date he has not responded or helped me out for my vehicle registration.
In one of meeting with Mr Mohan I came to know that many more Customers who had purchased vehicles from the above subdealer (Shree ram Motors) had the same problem.On further Inquiring they (Innovative TVS) didn't have any Details of Sub Dealer which they have Appointed.
I was very much surpised that how a Dealer like INNOVATIVE TVS Appoints A Sub Dealer without Details and Verifying and Spoils his and TVS Brand Name and Further harassment to Customers.

From last many months vehicle is lying with me without Registration and I am not able to use it inspite of giving Full payment.
Request you to Provide me A New Vehicle with Registration in my name or kindly help me out with Registration Process of my Vehicle as it requires Documentation from TVS INNOVATIVE or I need to Approach Consumer Court for further Action as this is Already being Delayed from your side.
