Delhi Transport Corporation - Shortage of Bus Service on 740 Route

I am a regular user of Public Transport. The buses plying on 740 Route does not come on time and service is not at all frequent. The passengers are facing a lot of problems due to lack of frequent service on roads. The buses take more than 40 minutes to come and are crowded that ladies cannot get into the bus.
I am equally frustrated travelling as other passengers and I want the proper service.
Hope you would take into account my grievance and work towards it
