i purchased a samsung mobile last year in 2011 and now it got a problem of getting switched off automatically. i gave the set in on condition to samsung mobile service station in gurgaon, after keeping it for 2 days they are saying that the set is not switching on at all. as they are lying to the customer, i request you to please take a considerable action against them. they told me that the software needs to be updated and it will cost me Rs 170 and now they are claiming that its motherboard is destroyed. they are also not taking my calls.
