SAMSUNG MOBILES AFTER SALES SERVICE - SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 FAULTY HANDSET

I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 GT I9300 ON THE 5TH AUGUST 2012 .ON THE 7TH 9TH AND 10TH I REVISITED THE DEALER DUE TO POOR REAR CAMERA QUALITY. I WAS ASSURED THAT THE HAND SET WAS OK AND THAT THE PICTURES WILL BE CLEAR ONCE I GET FAMILIAR WITH ITS SETTINGS .I WENT THROUGH THE TROUBLE SHOOTING MANUAL WITHOUT MUCH SUCCESS. ON THE 7TH DAY FROM PURCHASE I DECIDED TO GO TO THE SERVICE CENTRE WHO TOLD THAT THE CAMERA WAS FAULTY AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS OR MORE FOR REPAIR.WHEN INQUIRED ABOUT REPLACING THE SET THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS POSSIBLE HAD I COME TWO DAYS EARLIER.I FEEL IT WAS A REAL RAW DEAL.SINCE THE SERVICE CREW IS NOT MUCH BOTHERED I WOULD REQUEST ALL PROSPECTIVE BUYERS TO GO THROUGH THEIR SETS IN THE FIRST FEW DAYS AND RECTIFY IT AT THE EARLIEST AND IF POSSIBLE AVOID THE SET.
