I had placed an order with planetsports online on 27th of July with order number 1239404. As per plavnetsportsonline.com policy the customer receives the product max in 10 working days but from the very first day the status is the same 'Ready for shipping' till date. After several mails and calls to the customer care, I have not got any response. Rather it is very disturbing as they dont have an answer or reason rather all the time they request me to wait for 2 more days and also have started misbehaving. I have no modes provided for escalation in this scenario. This order is very important for me and I have already wasted 2 weeks over it, so kindly do the needful at the earliest. I am in no mood or acceptance of any further processing, delay or cancellation of this order. Kindly understand its importance, customer commitment and also the name at stake of Future group in it.

Finally my order has been processed and i received the same. All because of a very responsible manager joseph.john@futuregroup.in from future group who took the pain to resolve my issue and reinstate my faith back in e-retail. A very big thanks to him.
But i am sure priya@futuregroup.com is a fake representation, might be a false dummy from this site only. Kindly do not expect anything from priya or this site icomplaints. They do not do anything for your concern, even do not have a proper response.

Just came to know that my order has been cancelled without any intimation or information to me. Never experienced such e-commerce dealind and that too from a company like Futuregroup. Wasted almost a month on it. Will surely meet in consumer court.

FRAUD/FAKE/CHEAT - All fake orders, mostly interested in the interest of money pledged on the orders. Receive the money, hold on for a month, digest the interest, cancel the order and refund the money. Just imagine the turnover, when the customer base is very high as in our country. Easy money. BEWARE FRIENDS.

I do not understand why futuregroup cannot give me a call to discuss and neither provide me with a number of a proper responsible manager from futuregroup. i am fed up with the stencil rather template mails from Priya, which have no timelines and details, simply expecting the customer to have blind patience with indefinite wait. Rubbish.

This is a complaint regarding online company Planetsportsonline.com who is part of Future Group. I placed an order for shoes online on 16 July of amount Rs.2600 through credit card and order no. is 1201320. The order was not shipped yet wherein I was promised that the product will reach me 5 to 7 days. I cancelled the order due to non shipping and I received email on 30 July from them stating they will
refund my money in 2 to 3 days and Complain No :- M1054 however the money has not credited to my account yet. I followed up through e-mail and they sent an e-mail to me with same response. Later on, I escalated matter to priya@futuregroup.in, joseph.john@futuregroup.in & harshal.thakare@futuregroup.in however priya replied same kind of answer stating they will resolve my problem and someone will give a call to resolve this. I wasn't shocked to see that I wasn't the only one who is facing this problem. I have to pay interest for Rs.2600 for each day till they fill refund my money. I tried calling to speak with senior but customer care didn't transfer my call to relevant person. Most of times, they disconnect phone after putting me on hold when asked to transfer to manager. This whole situation has lead into a mental stress because I feel that I am cheated. These companies are a spot on E-Commerce industry. They disgrace other fellow companies and demotivate buyers like us to buy online thus a loss to our economy. Today, I have filed a case in consumer court and they will understand that what kind of pain I am going through because of their incompetent and unprofessional behaviour. I want them to pay damage fee, interest charges and original amount of my transaction.

Please suggest, as neither their customercare nor priya, who represented futuregroup in this forum, are responding after several mails and calls. I had placed two orders in Planetsportsonline website on July 24th 2013. I am really unaware of this web site. I am really did a big mistake to purchase the product from this website. Till now I have mailed then 3 times and all three time same kind of response from them. saying "Sorry for delay in delivery". These people are cheating us with known sport shop name. I am going complaint against this website as well as shops located around in India.

I had placed an order with planetsports online on 18th of July with order number 1208196 for a Puma sportds sipper worth rupess 209 INR. As per the company TAT the customer should get the product with in 10 working days however, It's foing to be one month on this 18th the status is the same 'Ready for shipping' till date. After several mails and calls to the customer care executives are unable to help tand track the order and even not refunding my money. I am feeling cheated by this compnay and really want to take some serious action in order to get my money back and for mental disturbance since I have ordered a product.
