Hi,

I have booked a flat in Sushant Golf City , Lucknow being developed by Ansals API. The booking was made in Oct 2008 and my play no is G/6/0102 . Till date no construction has started nor any initmation has been provided by Ansals as to when the posession will be given. It's been 4.5 years and I have been paying full EMI to HDFC from where I took home loan.

This is a case of fraud and cheating and I deserve to get an explanation on why the construction has not started yet. I am unnecessarily paying the interest on my loan and can not even ask for tax rebate (as the pposession is not given)

I request a strict probe and action in this matter.
