Sir,
I travelled last saturday(12th June2010...CHD to ASR by VOLVO Bus...then same day i came back to CHD by PUNBUS No PB 46 H 9712 from ASR. Bus started from Asr Bus stand at 3.50 PM.
The staff of the bus(including the Coductor & Driver) were not good..
They were just behaving like the Teenagers...giving looks to my cousin sis sitting in the front seat at the back of the drivers seat..
The Conductor of the bus was like as if he has never seen any girl before..
he was continously looking at my cousin... & passing very cheap comments to her..
I would request you to look in the matter & take strict action against these persons...
As failing the action would gradually decrease the no. of passengers travelling by these PUNBUs buses..
i would also recommend my fellow friends esp. gilrs to travel by volvo buses... as these kind of rascals are numerous in Govt Transports...

I support this complaint.Similar complaint happened with me yesterday while travelling from Jalandhar to delhi.When bus got into the bus stand.Iswiftly booked a ticket and moved into the bus.I was given window seat no.37.This was last but one row of the bus.When the person sitting behind my seat arrived,i found that i had to move my seat forward sot aht he could make his space.
wHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF SUCH PUSH BACK SEATS IF one has sit in posture similar to normal buses.When the same was pointed out to condustor he misbehaved with me and refused to change the seat.he threatened me with dire consequences if i persued.I have decided not to use any punjab govt transportation mode in future comne what may.It seems tha tgovt department are not worried about wrong perception being formed in public.
Either it does not ahve the courage to act against these rouge elements ,or they are knowingly ignoring them.
HELL WITH THESE TYPE OF STAFFS.
