I have online submitted for new PAN to the nsdl pan services on 01.07.09 and got acknowledge no ********5269022 from that side. I have submitted all the ducuments and dd charges , they have received the same and confirmed but till noiw PAN not allotted and and mail recevied that the name to printed on card is wrongly printed but in the acknowledge letter it was clearted stated. Although i have tried to submitt the correction through online but no form on any of the nsdl site avaiailable for correction/edit the pan data using 15 digit acknowledge number.
You are rerquested to kindly arrange to allot the PAN no. at an early. Thanks
I have filed an application for PAN whose ack. no. 014100200013841 on 18.02.2011 in your Bramh Nagar, Kanpur Branch. On continuously checking the status I have not get my PAN no. till the date, due to this I am not open my salary account. Please check the status of the apllication and allot me the PAN no. at the earliest.

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that I see the status of my Mother Mrs. Sonwati PAN Card status then I found that our card not delivered due to address not found while our tel no ********23 is every time open,But I can say our address is very easy and traceable. Our all postage are delivered without inconveiance our address.
My previous experience is that you courier service through Blu Dart is very poor.
I may request you to please delivered our pan card No. DKMPS0341R immediately
