We have send one cheque for revalidation to LIC of India , Micro Department (R-097), S V Patel Marg,Nagpur on 29.05.2013.
Perticulars of Cheque:-

1) Chq. No.993426
2) Date-05.02.2013
3) Amount Rs-6000.00
4) Payee- Mrs. Rekha Anil Narnavre
5) Corporation bank Nagpur
6) Drawn by LIC of Indian

Till date we have not received the revalidated cheque nor original cheque.
Please look in to the matter, and advise us accordingly as early as possible.
