Respected Sir,
I Kalgutkar Saish Policy Holder No:1200********9 Of Metlife Insurance.
Metlife have not Udated their system, on 25th May i visited Metlife Borivali Branch,But they didnt Take my Payment. The problem was that they say i have aready made the payment. But i confirm that i didnt have made the payment.
On 2nd June 2009 I recv a letter for matlife Banglore that i have to make the payment. On 3rd June i made the payment at Metlife Borivali Branch. Check no:814231.
I waited till 15th July i didnt recv any Renewal Premimum Receipt. It was huge problem and they were not able to give me my Recepit.
Now i got 2 Premimum Receipt stateing that I have made the Payment and other state that My payment is Due on 30th May 2009.
But i explaned that i have made the Payment. BUT THEIR SYSTEM SHOW THAT THE DATE ON 30TH MAY 2009.
I am having tough time now because of their problem, They have to up gard thier system.
I am realy worried that Metlife is not performing Good.
I have repetedly send Email on indiaservice@metlife.com,
and calling on 1********69. From 15th July till today they say Give us time give us time.
They say that if i send a request for Receipt i will get the Receipt in 2 days.
But i am trying this thing for 5 odd days now same thing again and again give us time, give us time.
I am realy worried that in my Death they will not give my Family the Insurance Money.
I dont have any trust on Metlife Now. If they pay with us like this.
My request is to pls look into this matter and help me if possible,

An email communication has been sent to MetLife India Insurance on July 22, 2009, 11:25 am
