Karbonn Mobiles - Karbonn K310 and Service Center Experience (ID # 1235)

Hi, I have bought K310 from Saravana Stores,chennai on 09/10/2009.With in few hrs,i found that the mic is not working.Then I requested the shop to replace the mobile.They also gave me the new mobile.But that one also was having some issue with headset.So i gave that handset to the UTL service center in choolaimedu,chennai on 10/10/2009 itself. Dear Sir/Madam
In Chennai the karbonn service centre i found one shop for service center at Egmore. I dont the exact shop name. I have given my mobile for service they have done their job very nicely and good technian also there. They are very good and fair. so I appreciate their performance and their service. Its one of the best service center otherthan chennai service center. In T nagar area very very worst service center, if you want any service you have to go to Egmore Service Centre.

I support this complaint.i purchased karbonn k10 mobile in rich street.after one month i got speaker problem.i wont get the ring tone or msg tone out also audio player fm songs sound also not coming out.

Dont buy Karbonn K331...
Its worst mobile i ever seen....
Its a failure model...
Yesterday eve i bought... today morning (My mobile)Karbonn K331 got hanged... automatically mobile got switched off. After swithcing ON the mobile keypad is not working.. if i press unlock key... none of the keys are working... only unlock screen is again and again flashing
