Complaint by: john on May 18, 2010, 12:49 pm in Internet Related

I am a unlimted internet package for which i pay approx 956pm. I had logged a complaint on 9th of may 2010 that Iam losing my connection frequently. I had also submitted a written complaint on 14th of may 2010 at the office in Santhome and havea acknowledged copy of the same. There is no record of this written complaint in their records. They have also lied to me regarding the person incharge so that i would not address the letter to the right person. I found this out after speaking to Ms. Mahalakshmi from the apppellate office. I was forced to call the appellate office since there was no response from the Nodal officer Mr. Jairaj M. The bottom line is the issue has not been resolved. This has caused me considerable frustration, monetary loss in my business and embarassement with my clients. Why should they charge me for unlimited service when they cannot provide the same. Moreoever they do not pick up the phone calls. Inspite of a few visits they have not sorted out the problem. They claim that everthing is alright. I have made atleast 50 calls and but to no avail. They are taking the cutomers for granted and are only keen on getting new business (new connections). Kindly suggest as to how to stop their arrogant approach.

P.S.
Nodal officer : Jairaj M. (044-42100356) nodal.southabts@airtel.in
Appellate Authority : C. Surendran (044-42039583) appellate.southabts@airtel.in (contacted Ms. Mahalaksmi from this office)

Complainant's Goal: Written apology & provide the service for which i am paying (unlimited internet)
