Canara Bank - Inefficient and non-responsive service of canara bank

I have opened a super salary account with Canara Bank (Zakir Husain College E/C, Delhi-110002) on 1st of December 2010. My account number is ********00029. While opening this account, I have also applied for internet banking, Debit card and sms service. I was told that the said services shall make available in a week’s time.
Now it is almost two months and this bank has not provided the said service as assured despite my repeated verbal requests many times. Every time I am told that they their bank system is non accessible.
Sir, I am really fed up visiting to bank and begging for these services, and that is why I am approaching you for its redressal. I hereby write you to kindly intervene in this matter. I also submit that suitable action be also taken against this branch.
