In-spite of, my registration for NDNC of my mobile no ********24, I am getting calls from Kotak Life Insurance for marketing of there financial products. I had already register my mobile since last 2 years. On inquiring with the executive who made calls that from where he got my mobile no he told me that he got from the database which my company had purchased from some data vendor.

I got this calls from 079-40701500 on 24th Feb, 2011, Time 13.02 hours. I was in a meeting when this call had came and it distracted me a lot.

I would like to take action against the company(who use the data with out my permission).
