Dear sir I have given under detailed complaint sent to SEBI regarding poor service in Reliance Mutual Fund
QUOTE
I have invested in SIP insure under following folios
No Account No Name of investor Amt Name of bank
1 4********61 Padmalatha V 2000 Pallavan Grama Bank
2 4********14 Ravichandran R 2000 Salem Branch
So far I have invested 7 months X Rs.2000 totalling Rs.14000 in each of above account
As many mistakes in the profile of my account I have stopped ECS mandate wef 28.03.2009 and last credit to the above mentioned accounts was 02.03.2009 .
Physical statement of Account No 4********14 as on 18.04.2009 shows units 61.424
Physical statement of Account No 4********14 as on 08.06.2009 shows units 05.966
In this connection please clarify to my doubts serial numberwise
1. How can my balance of units brought down to 5.966 from 61.424 when I have not
Redeemed any units in between in the account
2. Amount Rs 4000 drawn from My Savings bank account No 2679 with Pallavan
Grama Bank Salem Branch every month. Rs. 2000 for Account 4********61.
.and Rs. 2000 for Account No 4********14
I have pointed out the discrepancies in Account 4********14 last month itself to Salem Branch of Reliance Mutual Fund through my agent Bajaj Capital and they have demanded Bank statement . I have submitted Bank statement also 20 days ago. But so far nothing fruitful happened .
3. Now the NAV is high I would like to redeem all units . Supposing you rectify mistake later
and I sell much below NAV at that time, who will bear my loss ?
Already I am experiencing very bad service from your organization . That is the only reason why I have stopped ECS. You and your call centre demand so many details but doing nothing. Why should I put money in your organization to get poor service. More over your call centre is totally ill equipped to solve any of my problem / discrepancy in the account. Your call centre people informed me that one of your executive will call me later . But so far nobody called me and informed whether they have rectified the mistake.
WHERE MY MONEY HAS GONE ? Who is responsible for that ?
Please rectify above mistakes and send me fresh statement
You are requested to pointwise reply. Please do not give auto reply

Following my above complaint to SEBI RMF corrected the mistake and I have redeemed all units . RMF in reply to my complaint to SEBI admitted that mistakes happened inadvertantly and they have rectified. May I get some compensation from RMF for their mistakes on which I have sufferred lot of tension and mental agony for 7 months of following up with RMF , KARVY .
Is this complaint is sufficient or should I file case in consumer court ?
