Dear Sir/madam,
I applied for internet banking in your bank nearly one month before,i got the letter from your bank with my username in few days but since then it has been one month time and no one is giving clarity on my password.i have account in Munirka Branch,new delhi, and they have only one answer that we already send the request for you password again. i communicated with the i bank support mail id and they replied me that they have already dispatched my password.
Now, is anyone there in this national bank who can give me the clarity where my password is?
I applied for i banking so that i need not to visit the branch again and again but this is what i have got from your bank. i already have multiple walk-through in your branch and now the situation is so bad that i don't even want to continue anything with your bank, once ill be done with my existing RD's ill definitely close the account as INDIA has lot of other national bank with better service.
One more thing i would like to mention i have account in your bank for years but i never faced such problem in any other branch, this branch is pathetic and worst branch i have ever seen.
