We have mentioned a complaint against our press usha lexus- EL 1905T steam press.
1.we have first complaint on 13/03/2012. complaint no. C12031301479.in against it dev kumar came and cheked our press, he said nothing.
2.then we have done second complaint in master care services in budh vihaar, in against it ANIL MISHRA had came and take the press with him.
3.over third complaint on 27/03/2012, in against it om prakash had came and he had sticked a on our press and he said THIS PRESS WILL BE CHANGE WITH NEW PRESS and he says us to GO TO MOTI NAGAR TO AJAY DHAM AND THEY WILL CHANGE IT.We went their and AJAY says that press is not in stock.
4.then we give our fourth complaint on 29/03/2012, at that time also om prakash came and he make us call to VIKAS BANSAL in kirti nagar, he says, he will the press in new one. on same day om prakash taken our press and its ORIGINAL BILL.
from that day they never call and when we call them they never respond.
from that day they are making fool of us. If they pick up their phone the talk so rudly.

6. bhavuk - 18/05/2012- 2:08pm - he said that sheetal mam is not present at the moment .
7. mayank- 19/05/2012-1:28pm- he said that, he will call in 1/2 and hour but there is no call yet.
after all these complaints there is no reply, so now what should we do.
WE SHOULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT or you are calling clearing all the matter.
