i had purchased a crompton greaves water heater last summer. but since janvuary it is not working. it is under warranty and we tried to contact the customer service center but no one picks up the phone. i am realy annyoed with the product and the services of the same.

Complainant's Goal: i want that their customer service representative should come and repair it.
