Hi, I am siva from chennai, I booked a new flat with VGN Homes Pvt Ltd in my wife name and paid an advance payment of Rs. one lac on 10th Mar'13. Due to my personal reason i have cancelled the booking on 27th Mar'13 and asked them to return the advance payment.

After many followups they sent the mail to me that they will refund the amount 1st week of June'13. But they didn't make any payment and ignoring my calls. I have provided the following details, request for your help.
