well as in my previous complaint i have mentioned how dealsandyou.com cheated customers like us against my bb 8900 curve, which was a defected & old mobile.after the complaint lodged here, than someone from dealsandyou.com & told me that 'within 3 to 4 working days you will get your new mobile'. but upto 10 or 12 days i didn't get any information.so after continus follow up of again 4-5 days, again smeone told you will send back your money in the form of a/c payee cheque.but again same thing happened.
so finally after a long gap they return me in the form of credit voucher.fine i did agree with them.so on 5th sept 2012 ,i again ordered a mobile -htc wildfire , against that credit voucher of rs.10,449/- & pais extra rs.300/- from my bro's debit card.
now its being more than 12 days i hvn't yet recieved any courier.where as they are saying maximum with 7 days, you will get your ordered product.so within this last 12-13 days, i have called up dealsandyou c.c. more than 25 times.
sometimes they are not picking the call,sometimes ivr is audioable but directly interacting with c.c.e. is not possible, and finally after listening the whole story, they are saying plz be online & let me to check out your status sir, ,,, after listening the hell music, they are disconnecting the line, and sometimes only plz wit for 48 hrs,we have already forwarded your problem to the concerned deptt.but till now i haven't recieved a single call from there side about this prob.the complaints numbers are-453780-13th sept , 453815-15th sept , 452397-17th sept & today 455774.today also they are saying to wait another 48 hrs.
