Dear sir,
after struggling a lot to open an account in your armapur kanpur branch I have got the pass book after a week or so. but after making a humble requests and a lots of complaint to manager and others since my second application on 28/05/2013 for cheque book still I am waiting to get a cheque book.

Complainant's Goal: don't make run around to the customer and to compel him to go to other bank.

Complainant's Target: UCO Bank
