I cleared this loan on date 09/06/2007.At the time of taking loan I submitted Registration deed of my shop for equal able MORTAof age . I approached the branch to return my documents as I cleared the loan but the authorities in the branch refused to deliver the title deed of my shop.
You are requested to return my documents forth with otherwise I will be constrained to a legal recourse against the Bank and Bank will be fully responsible for it.
