Despite of repetitive reminders about my complaint (the ticket number - 394348) about defective UBISLATE delivery, Dealsandyou personnel did not heed any attention towards my query and there has been no response till date. The first Complaint i made was on 13th July 2012 and from that day onwards what i hear i we will resolve the problem at the earliest. How early now it can be? I Have asked for refund from the company but there is no response till now. And today when i called them again the executive Mr. Manish says that their seniors are busy and they dont have time to attend my calls. I am really fed up of their service and want to inform every buyer who purchase from Dealsandyou that please don't buy any products from them. They are the biggest fraud company who knows just to fool the consumers.... JAGO GRAHAK JAGO... I vow to teach the company a good lesson so that they cant ever fool any other customers henceforth.
I shall further urge that the license of this company should be terminated and they should not be allowed to trade rather fool people anymore.

I totally agree with you. worst companies to do any deal with. Their service pathetic. Customer service person saying his seniors are busy shows the sad state of the organization. Such things should be seriously considered so that people like you dont suffer. All those people who want to consider dealsandyou, please DONT. Forget replacing the product, they not giving your money back is a shameful thing. I hope people are listening
I agree Dealsandyou company is a fraud company and their license should be terminated and the company should be blacklisted....
