In July 2011, I paid Rs 9999 for a blackberry strom phone. The phone was delivered to me by one M/s Gizmobazzar. Upon start using the phone, found that the performance is very poor and touch function, connectivity to LAPTOP was not working. After some regular follow up and personal visit to Gizmo Bazzar, the phone was replaced. To my bad luck the replacement unit is also not working. The phone goes in to sleep mode if not used frequently and any one calling my number gets a response" Not Reachable". Connectivity to LAPTOP is also not working so unable to transfer the data and sync the mails. Mails to dealsandyou have evoked no response. Mr. Chitransh, who was contacting me regularly no don't even respond. Aramex courier who was authorised by Dealsandyou to deliver the mobile back to the dealer has also failed to deliver the faulty phone to the dealer thus proving their inefficiency. My calls to Dealsandyou help desk evoked no proper resopnnce. Can you help me to resolve this long pending issue please?
