Canara Bank - ERRONEOUS DEBITS IN DEBIT CARDS TO BE REVERSED

On 08.07.2009, while making certain purchases at MK Ahmed, Jayanagar, Bangalore, my debit card was swiped four times for Rs.738/-, out of which one of the payslip was signed and the other three debits though not effected payment needs to be reversed. Accordingly, I had personally given a written complaint at the Branch the next day and had requested the Branch authorities to arrange reversal of the erroneous debit thus affected in my SB A/c 0********9547. In spite of the lapse of over two weeks of the transaction, the amount of Rs.2214/- yet remains to be reversed. Almost every day, I have been reminding the branch authorities for the same but as on date the action still remains futile. Kindly look into the matter and arrange reversal of the same.
