On Feb 15, 2010 around 5:30 p.m, my father boards the DTC bus (Route No. 568, Bus No. 4899) from Raja Garden (Gurudwara) to Satya Niketan and paid Rs. 10 as bus fair. When he reached Satya Niketan, one of the DTC ATI, Mr. Jagdish Chander (Batch No. 12454) stopped him and charged him fine of Rs. 200 because he got down from the bus before the destination he paid.
After a conversation between them my father called DTC office (number given by ATI) at 01125460285 and they said they can’t do anything and he has to pay fine Rs. 200 for that. Due to time paucity as my father had to reach somewhere he had given fine.
But could I have the right to know that the conduct that ATI had with my father, was fair? Is it appropriate to befool the common public by taking irrelevant authority in your hands?

No action or any confirmation mail from the concerned department. That’s all; this is what happens in real with every common man.
Aaj tak corruption, fraud or bhi bahut saare anti social elements hai jiski agar list banai jaae to subh se sham ho jaegi, vo solve nahi hue. Apne aas pados se hi start karo or dekho bahut kuch galat hota dikhega. Ye complaint to un sab cheezon ke aage kuch bhi nahi hai. Agar koi galat ke aage khada ho ya bole to uska to jeena hi dushwaar kar dete hai..Sabko pata hota hai kon galat hai or kon kya karta hai.. but koi kuch kehta nahi hai.. or agar kissi ne ek step bhi badhaya to uski or uski family ki dhamki and all types start kar dete hai.. Politicians & rich parties are like..middle man to kuch hai hi nahi..Sabhi ek se nahi hai.. kuch theek bhi hai.. but jo theek hai vo bhi chup rehne waalon ki list mein hi hote hai.. coz they knw if they speak or take any action..then unko ya unki family ko suffer karma padega .. So ultimately kuch ho hi nahi sakta..
Vaadein har koi karta hai, sites banate hai or achhi achhi cheezein karne ke promises and all… but again seat milte hi apne roop mein aa jaate hai..
Kissi nei bataya tha badi machhli hamesha chhoti machhli ko kha jaati hai… or ye cheez true hai…
I support this complaint.
When authority comes in such hands they don’t bother about common people and harass them on pity & irrelevant issues. In fact if you refuse to pay or say something, they charge more fine and threaten you.
