Dear sir


I am the daily passanger of dtc from nangloi to Indian oil bus stop. Some driver always misbehave and not stopping the bust at Indian oil bus stop while According to the DTC there is a bus stop there of route no 926,949,938,938a and ltd. I give the 29.7.2013 when I was travelling and this happen.

DTC Vehile no : DL1PC9524 Green colour
Route No: 926
My Ticket No: 39122 (Rs.10)
Complain: driver refuse to stop the bus at Indian oil DTC stop Board. And refuse to give complain book.


Pls do action against these driver . It affects the DTC Reputation
